Champs Sports is a horrible place to shop online at, the people took my order and money, claimed that the order would be shipped a day later, it's been 5 days and my order still is open without any shipping information. There's no way possible to get in touch with customer service at this point because no one while answer the phone or emails, so basically there just taking advantage of people and there hard earned money in the middle of a pandemic at this point
I ordered my shoes on April 19,2020 and they still haven't shipped! I've been emailing and trying to call but their phone line won't ring! Worst company ever! Stick to finish line, etc. Never experienced anything like this. Called UPS and they said they're waiting for Champs.

It is more comfortable and soft as well, which gives good jogging. I like shoes material and that quality.
I had asked to speak to a manager about my complaint it took him a good 20 mins just to come out the back and help me out, he was rude when he approached I introduced myself and he did he told me is name was Will and store manager he didn't take me serious would t look my way when I was talking to him and treated me if I was a child. He was inappropriate, judged me on my face and my told me I wouldn't be acting way this if I wasn't white. He did not help me through my process of complaint he just kept saying I was acting like a "white crazy lady" and to top it all off im not even white he was being racist, sexist and just rude over my complaint her wouldn't take me serious and said his crew was right even if they were wrong. It was very unprofessional and i couldn't deal with it so I left the situation.
I ordered a shirt and was suppose to get it the same day because I did in store pickup. Their website is false advertisement. I never got an email to pick up, the store is closed, and I don’t have the shirt. I will not be doing business with them anymore. I tried to cancel the order and the rep said I couldn’t cancel because it was submitted. This store is horrible, no wonder they are all closing down.
Complete waist of time trying to reserve shoes at any local store. I guess its one of those who you know things. Sad, truly sad.
I ordered my child 2 pairs of shoes A MONTH AGO. They NEVER sent out my 2nd pair and had the shoes going in and out of stock. Then today, they cancel my order after not saying anything but "processing" fit a whole month. Do NOT buy from this place EVER. They sent me ONE of the shoes I ordered and the shoe looks straight from a Chinese factory, it has paint everywhere, it looks SWOLLEN, it just looks FAKE and sloppy. I'm not sure how these ever passed quality check, Champs HAS to be selling "B" shoes, like the ones that go to Ross. Don't waste your money here, the QUALITY of the sneakers they sell online are HORRIBLE.
Bought Jordans and waited 2 weeks for them to ship. They shipped to the wrong address and told me through live chat that there's nothing they can do. Then they ended the chat with no resolution. Please believe me when I say this a brick & mortar business that is just digging its own grave even deeper. I will be staying on GOAT and StockX.
I will never order from them again 3 days later u cancel my order wow why have product on site if it’s not available
Because Champs Sports is owned by Foot Locker, Inc., I researched Foot Locker to understand their philosophy, and in doing so discovered that CEO Richard Johnson launched a sales campaign targeted at kids and defined it as "a purpose of empowering and inspiring youth culture."
I've purchased a lot of shoes from Champs for my young kids over the past few years. Although their prices are quite high, customer service and selections are adequate.
This complaint is solely about the inappropriate music we heard playing loudly over the Champs intercom during our shopping visit where the song lyrics liberally dropped F-bombs and MF-bombs. Keep in mind kids have to enter Champs stores to try on shoes so parents can't just leave them at home. Plus, this store is located in a mall next to other merchandisers where families also shop.
When I complained to the checkout person, she said "It doesn't bother me." When I asked the manager about the music, he said "Corporate controls the music programming".
What a shame that CEO Richard Johnson feels his higher purpose includes using profanity to "empower and inspire" impressionable children. A 2019 Forbes magazine article ends with a Johnson quote, "We have to really think about how we honestly put the customer at the center of everything we do and say, 'Hey, we get it.'"
No Richard, you really don't.

This has been a nightmare!!!!! I ordered from Champs because they had the option of receiving the shoes I bought in 2 days at my local store. So I proceeded to complete my purchase. 2 days pass by and nothing never received my package. When i track it, UPS says theirs an issue with the package. So I proceeded to call Champs, but their phone number does not work! Afterward I went to my local store and they said they couldn't help me. My last option was to call UPS, so when i call they tell me that they never received a commercial invoice from the sender and without that the package wont be released, he says that usually happens with Champs. UPS did not even have the ship to address. So great...this was a christmas gift and I'm not going to have it for christmas and don't know if ill ever receive it after paying in full. BTW they don't respond not even through email. So I have no clue how i am getting my refund. Please beware don't buy from Champs online.
So i ordered two pair of shoes on October 21st, and fist red flag is when they said they would have to split my order up. Then as more time went by and they kept changing the delivery date. I still haven't gotten my order til this day.
I spent 7 hours on the 31st trying to cop these shoes. I finally copped through @champs after going 3 gigs over my data cap. I received an email my order was being prepared and charged. Tuesday, I was reimbursed. I was told it was on back order by a supervisor named Jennifer, but they were expecting another shipment from Kansas City, so she would personally keep an eye on it. Anyways, I sent some emails, etc., and Jacob B., a tier 1 support rep canceled my order. I called and spoke to a supervisor named Alvi who said they couldn't reenter my order, and he offered me a 25$ gift card (lol?). He ended up hanging up on me. The guy that canceled the order offered me a $15 gift card (lol again?). Alvi hung up on me, so I called Footlocker support and talked to Jennifer again. I requested 170$, and I said I would cover the rest, so I could buy off stockX, but she offers me a 50$ gift card, which I told her I didn't want, but she sent it anyways. After all of this back and forth, I'm out about 10 hours total, no Mocha 1 Order, because they couldn't revert the cancelation. They wouldn't give me anyone at corporate to call. I have all the emails for proof, but I won't get the time or CASH wasted on mobile data back. The sad part is that these were part of my Christmas present. Beware of Champs Sports . They think $50 makes up for a pair of Mocha 1s, 45$ data used, and 8ish hours wasted. The apologies I received were half assed, and how can a company not reenter an order? Sounds like a bunch of BS to me. Anyways, I just wanted to call them out. I'll try to find corporate numbers tomorrow. If anyone can help me out, it would be greatly appreciated. I just wanted my pair of Mocha 1s 10.5's, but I end up with this from what is supposed to be a professional company. A tier 1 support rep cancels my order with no permission and I get offered not even enough to cover the data that I used to cop the shoes. Not to mention the manager and supervisor both hung up on me. I spoke to corporate about this, and they also told me to write a review here, so here I am.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered 3 new pair of shorts, which were a little too tight even though I have 10 pairs of older CSG shorts that are the same size. I was away on vacation and missed the 45 day return policy. Customer support was understandable and offered to exchange them for the next size. Even though they sent me an RMA, after knowing I missed the 45 day return deadline and after they agreed to offer an RMA anyway due to extenuating circumstances, I shipped the shorts back and their warehouse declined my order and shipped them back to me.
I am amazed that the company would agree to something and then go back on it. I called twice today and was told no after they already agreed to replace my order with one size larger.
I am so disappointed with this company.
